Kelvion is seeking a Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration Italy to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships within the Italian market. You will lead engagements from initial contact to contract closures, position Kelvion solutions at early project stages, and manage cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires several years in HVAC & Refrigeration sales, a mechanical engineering background, and fluent English and Italian. A strong customer‑focus and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration, Industrial Sales and Business Development.
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC & Refrigeration market.
• Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers.
• Position Kelvion products at early project stage.
• Technical and commercial negotiations.
• Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures.
• Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them.
• Prepare the necessary market analyses.
• Lead a team.
