The Senior Payroll Specialist is the senior subject‑matter expert and operational lead for payroll across assigned regions, ensuring exceptional accuracy, compliance, risk management and stakeholder confidence. The Senior Payroll Specialist provides expert guidance on complex payroll matters, drives harmonisation and continuous improvement, and plays a critical role in shaping regional payroll strategy, controls and capability.
This position reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and is part of the Corporate organisation. Candidates that currently sit on‑site or remotely will maintain their current location.

Base salary and level of employment
This role is classified under the applicable CCNL as level 1, which defines minimum terms, job classification and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is €45 950 to €63 350, determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills and role‑related competencies.
Bonus / Incentive Pay
10% of annual base salary
This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.

This role is part of the Enterprise Payroll organisation within Danaher and is not aligned to a specific Operating Company or Platform.
For administrative purposes, this position is posted under Italy/Cytiva. However, the role is open to candidates across all Danaher locations. The employing legal entity for the successful candidate will be determined at offer stage, based on location, business requirements and applicable local regulations.
