Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in Italy to lead paid acquisition and high-ticket funnel optimization for an international client.

This is a long-term contract with potential to expand into broader marketing leadership. You will own Meta and Google Ads campaigns, explore TikTok ads, and design high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel, while ensuring accurate tracking (GA4, Pixel) and reporting.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising across platforms.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven success building high-ticket funnels (roughly $1,500–$5,000+).
• Hands-on with GoHighLevel; familiarity with automation/CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and attribution.
• Proficient English for client communication and reporting.

• Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns; potential TikTok future.
• Improve audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and structures.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, forms, checkout, follow-up).
• Track lead journey, identify funnel issues, and resolve follow-ups.
• Maintain pixel/Conversions API/GA4/UTM tracking for accurate reporting.
• Develop ad copy, headlines, hooks, and video concepts; test new ideas.
