Lever, Inc. is hiring a Funnel Strategist & Copywriter based in Italy for a fully remote, full-time role focused on conversion-driven copy and funnel strategy.

You will research audiences, shape messaging, and build full-funnel campaigns across landing pages, emails, ads, and sales assets. You will work with real data to optimize performance and collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, paid media, and customer success teams.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy in various environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, with C2-level proficiency.
• A portfolio showing real copywriting work with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, persuasion, and buyer awareness stages.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences from small business owners to enterprise teams.
• Strong customer and market research habits.

Mansioni

• Research ideal customer profiles, competitor positioning, reviews, and market messaging.
• Develop full-funnel strategies covering offers, landing pages, sales assets, email sequences, and other touchpoints.
• Write persuasive conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, ads, case studies, and sales materials.
• Help determine what should be built and how each component moves prospects toward the next funnel stage.
• Review campaign and funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales, and customer success to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Bring new campaign ideas and participate in strategic discussions.
• Use insights to refine copy, offers, and funnel journeys.
