Job summary

Stefanini EMEA in Modena, Italy, is seeking a Senior Deskside Technician to join our on-site IT support team. You will resolve complex issues, support 1st/2nd level requests, deploy patches, and maintain master images and scripts across client environments.

Candidates should have strong Office 365, Windows OS, PowerShell, AD, and networking knowledge, ITIL certification a plus, and Italian with good English.

Qualifications

• Experience with 1st/2nd level support and incident resolution.
• Proficient in Office 365, Windows OS, PowerShell and AD.
• Familiar with ITIL concepts and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex issues and provide on-site support.
• Assist 1st/2nd level teams and escalate when needed.
• Deploy patches and validate master images on client machines.
• Maintain and customize deployment scripts for software installation.
• Collaborate with client teams on infrastructure changes.
• Document and test changes according to procedures.
