Stefanini is seeking an Onsite IT Technician to deliver face-to-face IT support at the client site in Riva Trigoso. The role is permanent and involves hardware moves, diagnostics of PCs, printers, and software deployments in a Windows 10/Office 365 environment.

You will handle small IT projects, manage installations, and work 100% onsite under a Tier-1 support model, with benefits including meal vouchers, insurance, and growth opportunities in a multinational context.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical ICT environment.
• General End User technology knowledge.
• End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
• End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
• ITSM Tool Set preferred.
• Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency

Mansioni

We are seeking an Onsite IT Technician with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to provide face-to-face IT support to users. T he role will be permanent and based at the client's site in Riva Trigoso .

Job responsibilities

• Hardware installation, movement and de-installation;
• Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers and scanners);
• System and application changes testing, scripts preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
• Small project management related with new hardware or software installation;
• Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical ICT environment;
• General End User technology knowledge;
• End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
• End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
• ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred.
• Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency

Work conditions

Working hours: 40 working hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Working set-up: 100% onsite

What we offer

Salary starting with 26.000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.

The final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as, but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role, as outlined in the job description. This will be further assessed during the technical interview.
