Job summary

Ariston Group in Resana (TV) seeks a highly skilled Senior Service Specialist to join the technical team, overseeing installation, commissioning and maintenance of advanced burner systems. You will handle complex troubleshooting on-site and ensure peak efficiency and safety for customer processes.

Responsibilities include leading start-ups, calibrating air‑fuel ratios, and guiding junior technicians while delivering clear site reports and technical guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands‑on field service experience in burner/combustion.
• Deep knowledge of gas, oil, and dual‑fuel burner technologies.
• Strong command of PLC‑based burner management systems (BMS) and flame safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures on industrial burners and combustion systems.
• Lead on-site start‑ups and calibrate air-fuel ratios per standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system longevity and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical advisory to customers and recommend upgrades and safety retrofits.
• Mentor junior field technicians and support safety culture.
• Prepare technical reports and site visit summaries.
