Job summary

Ariston Group in Fabriano (AN) seeks a Junior Product Specialist for Home Energy Management and Demand Response to support the Product Management team in developing innovative HEM and DR solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and help shape new products.

The role combines business and technical aspects, offering market analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination of project tasks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electronics) or Economics/Business with a technical focus.
• Strong interest in Home Energy Management, connected products or energy systems.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English and Italian, German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deep analysis of market dynamics, customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insights and opportunity identification.
• Assist in gathering and structuring business and functional requirements for HEM and DR solutions.
• Contribute to the preparation of product documentation, presentations and internal reports.
• Support project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress, helping identify risks or improvement areas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Connectivity, Electronics) to follow the development of product features.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams and external partners.

As a Junior Product Specialist within the Home Energy Management (HEM) and Demand Response (DR) area, you will support the Product Management team in the definition and development of innovative HEM &DR solutions across the Ariston Group.

The role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling you to work closely with cross-funcional teams and contribute to shaping new solutions.
