Job summary

Elco Cuenod Ecoflam is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced burner systems on-site, ensuring peak efficiency and safety. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical failures, calibrate air-fuel ratios, and ensure compliance with local standards.

You will mentor junior technicians, prepare detailed technical reports, and collaborate with customers to optimize energy efficiency.

Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on field service experience in burner/combustion (Power Gen, HVAC, or Industrial Process).
Deep knowledge of gas, oil, and dual-fuel burner technologies.
Strong command of PLC-based burner management systems (BMS) and flame safeguards.
Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics; relevant certifications (gas fitter, PED, ATEX) preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures on industrial burners and control systems.
Lead on-site commissioning and startup with precise air-fuel calibration.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system longevity and minimize downtime.
Provide technical advisory and energy-efficiency recommendations to clients.
Mentor junior field technicians and prepare site visit reports for customers and stakeholders.
