Ariston Group is seeking an ICT Microsoft Platform Services lead to run operations and continuous improvement of our Microsoft infrastructure landscape. You will ensure service reliability, security and alignment with enterprise standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role focuses on AD/Entra ID, Exchange On-Premises and Online, certificate lifecycle, DNS/DHCP/GPO, and Power Platform.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure operations within complex enterprise environments, with minimum 2 years of leadership or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infrastructure services, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Position Overview

We are looking for ICT Microsoft Platform Services to lead the operations and continuous improvement of Ariston Group's Microsoft infrastructure services landscape. The role is responsible for ensuring service reliability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive/sales incentive program.
