Job summary

Exeter Finance is seeking a Senior Modern Work Engineer who is a SME across AI platforms, Microsoft 365, automation, and platform governance. This role provides technical leadership by setting standards, reviewing designs, and guiding decisions on cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
6+ years of experience across enterprise collaboration, automation, and AI platforms.
Proven technical leadership on cross-functional projects.
Experience with governance, security, and privacy practices for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME across AI platforms (Claude, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot) and Microsoft 365, guiding IT and business teams.
Provide technical leadership on projects, set approaches, review designs, and approve standards.
Deliver high-impact, cross-platform automation and integrations between Microsoft 365, AI platforms, and ServiceNow.
Lead AI governance, cost optimization, and coaching sessions for engineers.
