WorkWave, Verona, Italy, is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead architecture across multiple WorkWave platforms and shared services. You will guide legacy modernization, cloud-native design, and AI agent initiatives, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with enterprise customers.

You will work across scheduling, routing, payments, telematics, ERP, and payroll domains, using C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript/Node, Java, and Go, with AWS emphasis and strong data system experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years leading architecture and delivery of enterprise SaaS
• Proficiency in C# / .NET (Core / .NET), Python, TypeScript/Node, Java or Go, and ability to ramp up in new codebases
• Deep experience with AWS or Azure architectures including Kubernetes, serverless, messaging, and managed data services
• Strong SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with NoSQL experience (DynamoDB)
• Experience with DDD, EDA, microservices, multi-tenant SaaS
• Practical or proven aptitude in building AI/agentic workflows and AI-assisted development
• Excellent English communication across execs, engineers, and customers

Mansioni

• Own architecture for core WorkWave platforms and shared services; define roadmaps and standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to design scalable integration and architecture solutions.
• Drive architecture across domains: scheduling, routing, payments, telematics, ERP, payroll.
• Lead legacy modernization and safe migration of logic to API-first services.
• Design reusable services for PestPac, RealGreen, WinTeam, TimeGate integrations.
• Lead AWS cloud evolution using EKS, serverless, IAM, DynamoDB, Aurora/PostgreSQL.
• Architect and deploy production-grade AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Define high-performance, multi-tenant data architectures (SQL/NoSQL).
• Mentor engineers, drive CI/CD, security-by-design, testing standards.
