msg global solutions is seeking an experienced backend/platform engineer to own and evolve an enterprise AI foundation. You will design the orchestration runtime, authorization layer, and human-in-the-loop workflows, while building robust integrations to ERP/CRM systems.

This role requires strong Python expertise, DevOps discipline, and the ability to work with client IT and security teams. You will help ensure security, auditability, and scalable delivery across projects, while maintaining

Qualifications

• 6+ years building backend systems in production.
• Expert Python with API design and data models experience.
• Hands-on with an agent or workflow orchestration framework.
• Strong integration background: REST and SOAP, queues and file interfaces.
• Cloud and DevOps depth: containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, secrets handling.
• Delivery experience under real compliance constraints: auditability and access control.
• Able to work with client IT and security teams and get designs signed off.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI platform foundation end to end: orchestration runtime, state, persistence.
• Design and build the authorisation layer with auditability.
• Build human-in-the-loop machinery for approvals and escalations.
• Create and maintain enterprise integrations to ERP/CRM/workflow tools.
• Own infrastructure, CI/CD, IaC, secrets management and observability.
• Develop test/evaluation harness to measure agent behavior and surface regressions.
• Maintain accurate platform inventory and governance across versions.
• Provide shared guardrails like prompt injection defence and PII redaction.
• Keep platform reusable so future projects are configuration work.
• Collaborate with client IT/security to get designs approved and set standards.
