Alpitronic Srl is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to contribute to Hypercharger product development by creating innovative mechanical solutions that meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost requirements. You will design components, maintain CAD models, perform calculations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and several years in mechanical product development, with English fluency and a bias toward

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in mechanical product development, ideally electromechanical.
• Strong understanding of design principles, strength calculations, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plus.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will contribute to the development of our Hypercharger products by designing innovative and reliable mechanical solutions that meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for Hypercharger products
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and related documentation
• Perform mechanical calculations and support simulation activities to validate design solutions
• Select appropriate materials based on functional, environmental, and cost requirements
• Support concept development, prototyping, testing, and product validation activities
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electronics, software, industrialization, and manufacturing
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical problem-solving activities
• Support products throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to series production
• Contribute to continuous product improvement and engineering best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers when required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in mechanical product development, ideally within electromechanical products
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, strength calculations, material selection, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Structured, proactive, results-oriented way of working and commitment to engineering excellence and high-quality standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
• Fluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plus

• Total compensation: € 84.000- € 127.000 including 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
