Alpitronic seeks a skilled professional to lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) across our organization. The role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving IMS processes, with audits and certification preparation as core responsibilities.

You will collaborate with process owners, drive KPI-based performance reviews, and deliver IMS training to boost awareness and compliance across teams in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001/27001 is a plus.

Mansioni

• Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Ensure IMS documentation and processes support compliance with legal and international standards.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare certification audits.
• Support and advise process owners in designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation.
• Contribute to the annual Management Review and ensure transparency of system performance through KPIs.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen IMS understanding across teams.
• Support IMS strategy, roadmap and governance framework development and execution.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Act as central coordination point for IMS topics ensuring alignment across functions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Ensure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are correct, in place to ensure compliance with legal and international standards
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare and accompany certification audits
• Support and advise process owners in designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation
• Contribute to the annual Management Review and ensure transparency of system performance through KPIs
• Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen IMS understanding and application across teams
• Support the development and execution of the IMS strategy, roadmap and governance framework
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Act as a central coordination point for IMS topics, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholders

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous years of professional experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ideally complemented by ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001
• Experience in audit management (internal and external); auditor qualification
• Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and improve complex systems
• High level of ownership, structure and solution orientation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams
• Structured and independent working style with strong prioritization skills
• Process-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and improve processes
• Excellent knowledge of English and either German or Italian; proficiency in all three languages is a plus

• Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
