Alpitronic, a South Tyrol-based leader in e-mobility charging technology, seeks an engineer to design service equipment and maintain BOMs for both new and existing products. You will forecast spare parts and tooling needs and optimize costs in collaboration with logistics and operations teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering, CAD skills, and data analysis with Excel/Power BI. A 20% bonus is included within a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of BOM management and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of spare parts lifecycle and service equipment design.
• Familiarity with CAD tools for designing service tools and fixtures.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) for forecasting and cost optimization.
• Fluency in English.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop service equipment to enable efficient repairs for both new and existing products
• Develop and maintain spare parts Bill of Materials (BOM), incorporating all necessary updates and instructions to guarantee accuracy and completeness
• Analyze historical data and collaborate with logistics and operations teams to forecast spare parts and tooling requirements
• Optimize spare parts costs to achieve effective resource utilization and reduce operational expenses

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
• Knowledge of BOM management; good knowledge of manufacturing processes and repair procedure
• Understanding of spare parts lifecycle and service equipment design
• Familiarity with CAD tools for designing service tools and fixtures
• Experience with DC fast charging technology and high-voltage systems would be a strong plus
• Data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) for forecasting and cost optimization
• Structured approach to work, solution oriented and customer focus mindset
• Fluency in English

• Total compensation starting from € 45.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
