Alpitronic is seeking an HR Executive Project Manager to support the CHRO and HR organization in coordinating priorities and driving cross-functional HR projects. You will help ensure milestones, governance, and strategic initiatives are delivered on time.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus fluency in English and German or Italian.

In the role of HR Executive Project Manager (m/f/d), you will support the CHRO and the broader HR organization by ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, driving cross-functional HR projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and prioritize the CHRO's calendar, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with strategic priorities
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, including documentation of key outcomes and action tracking
• Act as a central point of coordination between the CHRO, HR teams, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and support cross-functional HR projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved
• Maintain oversight of ongoing HR initiatives, identify dependencies, and proactively support project execution
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards
• Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and initiatives through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related field
• Previous professional experience in project coordination, executive support, HR operations, within a dynamic business environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Structured and detail-oriented working style combined with a high degree of professional rigor
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

• Total compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation indicated represents the minimum total compensation for this role. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation may be adjusted accordingly, taking into account local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
