Job summary

Angelini Pharma Spa is seeking a Customer Excellence & Analytics Senior Manager in Roma, IT. You will lead how we understand, measure, and improve our commercial engagement model by combining data, AI, and customer experience thinking to drive better decisions and outcomes.

You will own the customer intelligence, omnichannel performance, and AI-enabled analytics roadmap, aligning Sales, Marketing, Medical, and IT to a data-driven culture and self-serve insights for the commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a quantitative discipline.
• 5–8 years in commercial operations, analytics, or related roles in pharma.
• Proven ability to connect data to commercial decisions, not just produce reports.
• Fluency in commercial metrics and omnichannel models; power-user with CRM, BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the omnichannel KPI architecture and ensure measurement of reach, frequency, engagement, and cross-channel synergy.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for brand and field teams.
• Drive commercial analytics roadmap including sales performance, promotional response, and market intelligence.
• Champion data governance and ensure outputs are decision-ready across CRM, BI, and marketing platforms.
