Angelini Pharma is seeking a Customer Excellence & Analytics Manager to transform data, AI, and customer insight into smarter decisions across channels. You will shape how we listen, measure, and engage with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes for patients.

You will lead customer intelligence, omnichannel performance, and AI-driven analytics, driving data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and IT while ensuring governance and clarity for senior leadership.

Formación

• Degree required in business, economics, life sciences, or a quantitative field.
• 5–8 years in commercial operations, analytics, or digital within pharma.
• Proven ability to translate data into commercial decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer intelligence to understand HCP segments and drivers.
• Design KPI architecture for omnichannel performance.
• Identify and pilot AI applications to create competitive advantage.
• Own data governance and master data standards across CRM, BI, and marketing.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders to drive action.
