ACS Group is seeking an experienced Travel Manager to join our Travel & Lifestyle team. The role focuses on coordinating international itineraries for business and leisure with a commitment to exceptional service.

You will work with hotels, airlines, VIP airport services and premium partners to design seamless experiences, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure flawless execution across destinations. Remote work flexibility and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in travel management, luxury or corporate travel.
• Experience with private aviation and VIP airport services.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and coordinate international business and leisure travel across multiple destinations.
• Arrange hotels, flights, private jet charters, transfers, and activities.
• Research destinations and prepare tailored travel proposals.
• Source and negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
• Monitor bookings for accuracy and seamless execution.
• Prepare itineraries, destination guides, and weekly event recommendations.
• Coordinate private aviation requests and VIP airport services.
• Organize ground transportation and manage travel calendar.
• Review invoices and monitor payment statuses.
• Collaborate with Travel & Lifestyle team and other departments.
