Prestige Travel Agency by Mich seeks a Luxury Travel Consultant – Customer Experience to support clients from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up in a 100% remote role.

You will handle inquiries, assist with luxury and leisure bookings, provide destination information, confirm itineraries, and maintain records in the agency system while delivering a seamless, highly personalized service.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
