Job summary

ACS Group is seeking an experienced Travel Manager to join the Travel & Lifestyle team. You will manage international itineraries, coordinate private aviation, and partner with premium providers to deliver exceptional service across multiple destinations.

In this role, you will negotiate rates, organize hotels and flights, and ensure flawless execution while maintaining high standards of discretion and client care. A dynamic, fast-paced international environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in travel management, luxury or corporate travel.
• Hands-on experience with private aviation and VIP airport services.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Discretion and high professionalism.

Responsibilities

• International Travel & Experience Management: plan, organize, and coordinate international business and leisure travel across multiple destinations.
• Arrange hotel accommodations, flights, private jet charters, transfers, and exclusive activities.
• Research destinations, tailor travel proposals, and negotiate rates with providers.
• Monitor bookings for accuracy and quality; prepare itineraries and destination guides.
• Coordinate private aviation requests and VIP airport services; manage changes and meet-and-greet arrangements.
• Organize ground transportation, travel insurance, and calendar coordination; ensure seamless execution.
