Job summary

Deel is seeking a senior lifecycle marketing leader to design and run multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey. You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to deliver personalized, data-driven touchpoints that boost engagement, adoption, and revenue.

You will identify lifecycle moments to drive product usage and expansion, measure impact to optimize ROI and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and run multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention
• Identify lifecycle moments to introduce products and influence customer behavior using segmentation and personalization
• Monitor campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs, and report on ROI to guide strategy
• Provide actionable insights to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle
