Jobgether is seeking a Sales & Retention Specialist based in Italy to own end-to-end retention for premium programs, from onboarding through retention and churn mitigation. You will conduct high-value retention conversations, shape standards for the team, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve the customer journey.

You will also manage external sales and appointment-setting partners, build data-driven retention experiments, and use AI-assisted tools for analysis,

Competenze

• 5+ years in retention, customer success, or related commercial role with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing external partners against defined performance standards.
• Experience designing and running structured experiments.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end retention for premium programs and define targets.
• Lead high-value retention conversations and coaching for the team.
• Develop and refine retention offers based on data and customer needs.
• Design quarterly retention experiments with clear hypotheses and actions.
• Identify refund journey friction and improve processes and tooling.
• Lead win-back initiatives to convert churned customers into revenue.
• Define onboarding standards and measurable expectations for first weeks.
