Morningstar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Italian territory to build key client relationships, drive renewals, and maximize value from Morningstar Direct. You will act as a trusted partner, delivering ROI and coordinating with global teams to support retention and growth.

You will collaborate with product managers and data colleagues to ensure high-quality service, onboarding, and ongoing client satisfaction among financial professionals in Italy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Flexibility to travel abroad when required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral.
• Strong client service ethic; and proven organisational and multitasking skills.
• Organised with an analytical approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to be creative and think strategically when solving problems.
• Ability to develop partnerships across different business areas.
• Strong industry knowledge and investment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Direct product to ensure high service delivery and client ROI.
• Serve as the single point of contact for post-sales services and ongoing engagement.
• Develop proactive strategic initiatives to grow accounts.
• Intensify relationships with key stakeholders and buyers.
• Gather client feedback and liaise with product, data, and sales teams to improve processes.
• Drive renewal rates by managing client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Own onboarding and provide training to increase product adoption.
• Escalate and resolve data, functional, and technical issues for assigned clients.
