Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the Italian territory, cultivating key client relationships and ensuring renewals for Morningstar Direct. You will act as an account partner, helping clients maximise value and achieve measurable ROI while representing Morningstar with a high standard of service.

As part of a global team, you will collaborate with product managers, data and sales colleagues, and Morningstar offices worldwide to drive retention, identify upsell

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English mandatory.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel abroad when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Italian territory for Morningstar Direct, delivering client ROI.
• Serve as the single point of contact for post-sales services and ongoing engagement.
• Develop proactive strategic initiatives to grow accounts and renewals.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and buyers.
• Escalate and resolve data, technical, and product-related issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate with global data, product, sales, and client teams to optimize solutions.
