TVS SCS RICO Italia seeks an Engineer VR03 to join its IT team. You will oversee operation, support, and ongoing improvement of the Enterprise IT infrastructure with emphasis on stability, security, and standardization.

You will act as an escalation point for L2/L3 incidents, drive problem management, perform RCA, and collaborate with global teams and partners to deliver high-quality services. Proficiency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• 18+ months of IT experience with Windows, AD and VM basics.
• Proven analytical, communication and customer-service abilities.
• Flexible to work out of hours for projects or emergency support.
• Proficient in Italian and English, both colloquial and technical.

Mansioni

• Act as L2/L3 escalation point for incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues to minimize business impact.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Document incidents, problems and changes in the ITSM system.
