Fondazione Chips-IT is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist – Intellectual Property & Industrial Property to act as the legal backbone of its research collaborations, technology transfer activity and IP portfolio.

The role focuses on transactional work, drafting and negotiating agreements across industry, universities, start-ups and consortia, and on owning the IP architecture within them—covering ownership, access rights, confidentiality, publication and exploitation.

Mansioni

• Drafts and negotiates agreements for collaborations, licences and spin-offs (NDAs, MTAs, collaborative research, joint development).
• Owns the intellectual property architecture within agreements: background/foreground ownership, access rights, confidentiality, publication, exploitation.
• Manages the IP portfolio with external patent firms: invention disclosures, filing decisions, prosecution, deadlines and budget.
• Works with the Industrial Partnerships & Technology Transfer Directorate, providing transactional support and strategic direction.
