Agorai Innovation HUB S.p.A. in Trieste seeks a Legal Senior – IP & Technology Contracts to draft, review and negotiate technology and commercial agreements, spanning software development, tech partnerships, and joint development.

The role requires an Italian Avvocato with 5–7 PQE, strong IP and tech contract experience, fluent English, and ability to advise on EU AI Act, data governance, and GDPR, with hybrid work arrangements aligned to Generali Group policies.

Competenze

Qualified Italian lawyer (Avvocato) with 5–7 years PQE in IP/technology contracts.
Experience drafting and negotiating technology, software licensing, and IP agreements in Italian and English.
Familiarity with EU IP law and AI regulation (EU AI Act) and GDPR obligations.

Mansioni

Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts (software development, partnerships, joint development).
Advise on IP and industrial property (patents, software protection, trademarks).
Negotiate service agreements, JV contracts, and partnership frameworks.
