Fondazione Telethon in Milan is seeking a Legal Counsel specialized in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer to manage research contracts and IP rights. You will negotiate CDAs, MTAs, DTAs, and other agreements, coordinating with R&D, Legal, Finance, Grant Office, and external partners.

Fluency in Italian and English, plus a strong negotiating mindset and attention to regulatory details, are essential for navigating collaborations with academic institutions and industry partners in a

Competenze

Master’s Degree in Law with at least 2 years in IP/Technology Transfer.
Experience drafting and negotiating research and IP agreements.
Familiarity with biological sciences and research environments.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

Draft, review, negotiate and manage Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
Draft, review, negotiate and manage Research Agreements involving IP considerations, including MTAs, DTAs, Service Agreements, and Consultancy Agreements.
Review and ensure proper management of IP rights and ownership clauses related to research results.
Coordinate internally with Research & Development, Legal Affairs, Finance, Grant Office, and Tigem’s and SR-Tiget’s teams.
Manage relationships and negotiations with external counterparties, including academic institutions, research organizations, companies, and service providers.
Act as the primary point of contact for external counsel on specialized matters.
Monitor updates and case law affecting contractual activities.
Contribute to drafting and review of IP, BD policies and related contracts.
