Fondazione Telethon in Milan seeks a highly skilled IP & Business Development attorney to support management, negotiation, and coordination of contracts related to research activities and technology transfer. You will protect Telethon’s IP and scientific interests while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Law, 2+ years in IP/technology transfer, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• At least 2 years of IP, technology transfer, research contracts, or related legal matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing IP and research agreements.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage CDAs; draft, review, negotiate and manage MTAs, DTAs, service and consultancy agreements.
• Review and manage IP ownership clauses across contracts with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Legal Affairs, Finance, Grant Office and affiliated institutes; liaise with external counsel.
• Monitor legal updates and contribute to policy drafting on IP and BD activities.
