Fondazione Telethon ETS in Milano seeks a Research Contracts Associate to support the Intellectual Property & Business Development Team. You will draft, review, and negotiate Confidential Disclosure Agreements and Research Agreements, including MTAs and DTAs, while ensuring IP protection and alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires a Master’s in Law and 2+ years in IP, technology transfer, or research contracting, with strong Italian and English skills.

Competenze

Master's Degree in Law required.
2+ years experience in IP, technology transfer, or research contracts.
Familiarity with biological sciences and research environments.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements involving IP and research activities.

Mansioni

Draft, review, negotiate and manage Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
Draft, review, negotiate and manage Research Agreements including MTAs and DTAs.
Review IP rights and ownership clauses within contracts managed by other departments.
Coordinate with Research & Development, Legal Affairs, Finance, Grant Office and laboratory teams.
Negotiate with external counterparties and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
Monitor legal updates affecting contractual activities and contribute to policy drafting.
