Ignition Italia SRL is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen partner relationships and drive cybersecurity opportunities. You will manage commercial opportunities, prepare quotations, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to accelerate sales.

You will monitor the sales pipeline, forecast activity, and provide outstanding service with fast responses and accurate information in a multinational team.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar commercial role in IT distribution or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing relationships with partners, resellers or customers in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity market and technology solutions.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing opportunities through to order.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Prepare, manage and follow up on commercial quotations, proposals and pricing requests.
• Proactively follow up on sales opportunities through the full sales cycle to order closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within existing accounts and partners.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to progress opportunities and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
