Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to establish and scale influencer marketing as a performance channel for our D2C subscription product, across Europe, Latin America and Asia. You’ll own the end-to-end process, from planning to paid outcomes, under the Head of User Acquisition.

The role is hands-on with a fast-paced environment, requiring you to manage budgets, track CPA and ROI, and collaborate with a UA team to drive subscriptions.

Competenze

• 3+ years in influencer marketing with a performance focus.
• Managed influencer budgets of $50K+ per month with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience in Europe, Latin America or Asia.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators directly.
• Experience with CPA and hybrid deals.
• Experience setting up tracking and attribution.
• Fluent written & spoken English.

• Build influencer channel from zero across markets, platforms, and budgets.
• Launch campaigns within the first month and scale campaigns that pay back.
• Prioritise markets by cost per subscription and ROI.
• Negotiate deals and manage outreach, contracts, briefs, approvals, and payments.
