Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV while ensuring trusted tracking and robust data models.

You will build dashboards, maintain reporting, and mentor junior analysts in SQL and funnel analysis in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong analytical skills; identify trends and root causes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication translating analysis into actions.
• Think strategically with data-driven recommendations aligned to goals.
• Experience in Product Analytics: funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, churn.
• Hands-on with event analytics tools: Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude.
• Advanced SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with subscription-based businesses.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data to define KPIs and decision criteria.
• Create dashboards and improve reporting for confidence and clarity.
• Deliver full-funnel analysis, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements.
• Lead user behavior analysis using event data and journeys.
• Monitor metrics and communicate updates with SLAs.
• Own event taxonomy and tracking structure; validate logic.
• Design robust SQL data models optimizing performance.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL, funnel analysis and experimentation.
• Provide actionable feedback to peers and leadership.
