Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to onboard a Senior Performance Marketer. This fully remote role (Europe/Asia) places you in the Growth team with direct ownership of paid acquisition campaigns and significant monthly media spend across mainstream consumer channels.

You will drive commercial performance, optimize CAC/CPA/ROAS/LTV, and test creatives to identify scalable opportunities across international markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid acquisition with direct campaign ownership.
• Manage and optimize $300K+ monthly spend.
• Strong experience with B2C apps, subscriptions, or gaming.
• Excellent English, remote in Europe/Asia.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns.
• Allocate significant monthly budgets.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback.
• Own creative testing decisions.
• Scale campaigns across markets and platforms.
• Analyse subscription funnel and cohort economics to support commercial decisions.
• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve acquisition performance.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance.
