Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to optimize the web funnel from first touch through registration and payment in a B2C environment. You will own growth experiments, coordinate with UX, engineering, and UA teams, and drive measurable improvements in conversion and LTV.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in growth product management for subscription-based products, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of delivering cross-functional results within an Agile setup.

Competenze

• Proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment.
• 4+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models.
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests specifically for web-based funnels.
• Experience leading growth initiatives focusing on CR, LTV, and performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and data science.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet quarterly KPIs.
• User-first mindset to understand pain points and optimize UX.
• Experience in building strategic growth roadmaps for testing.
