Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for our consumer app portfolio. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, from strategy to optimization, balancing CPA, ROAS, and LTV with a data-driven mindset.

The role emphasizes hands-on media buying, AI-enabled automation, and scalable growth across web and app channels while maintaining strict platform policy compliance. Remote-friendly with CET alignment and global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search / user acquisition experience.
• Proven experience promoting web and mobile app campaigns on Google.
• Strong growth with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and app campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of bidding, keywords, and attribution.
• Experience with MMPs and SKAdNetwork / ATT era measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Run web and app campaigns, including app install campaigns, and optimize value.
• Scale spend while meeting payback and ROAS targets using data.
• Design account structure, keywords, and bidding strategies.
• Test ad copy, assets, landing pages with clear hypotheses and rules.
• Maintain policy compliance and account health.
