Zeeco, Inc. designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions. The Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) seeks a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst to lead Indirect Tax planning for EU B2B activities and coordinate with local partners and external consultants.

The role reports to the Global Tax Manager in a multinational environment. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, reconciling Indirect Tax accounts, and supporting reporting and compliance, with an annual salary

Competenze

• 8+ years of indirect tax experience in multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of EU B2B indirect tax and reporting.
• Able to coordinate with local partners and external consultants.

Mansioni

• Prepare and file Indirect Tax returns and filings.
• Reconcile Indirect Tax GL accounts monthly.
• Research and clear reconciling items and tax refunds.
• Support Indirect Tax planning for current and new initiatives.

Zeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions for industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, and LNG. It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers. For our italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), we are now seeking a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst to join our fantastic team.

The Senior Indirect Tax Analyst will work on Indirect Tax planning for current business activities and new initiatives primarily related to B2B EU Indirect Tax. This position will work closely with local business partners and external tax consultants in day‑to‑day understanding and structuring of business transactions and report to the Global Tax Manager. Furthermore, this position will support Indirect Tax reporting, corporate compliance and any tax issues that arise for Indirect tax.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze information for filing of Indirect Tax returns
• Monthly reconciliation of Indirect Tax‑related general ledger accounts
• Research and clear reconciling items
• Research, manage and track Indirect Tax refund claims
• Research and support for B2B Indirect Tax transactions
• Maintain schedule of monthly, quarterly, and annual Indirect Tax filings
• Maintain checklist showing completion and filing dates for all Indirect Tax filings and reconciliations
• Preparation of information for any Indirect Tax amendments
• Maintain organized electronic filing system for Indirect Tax correspondence and returns
• Manage intrastate reporting
• Identify Indirect Tax planning opportunities
• Assist in additional general tax research and reconciliation where needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

€60,000 - €80,000 a year
