Job summary

Zeeco, a leader in advanced combustion and environmental solutions, seeks a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst for its Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI). The role focuses on Indirect Tax planning, EU B2B transactions, and tax compliance under supervision of the Global Tax Manager.

The incumbent will prepare tax filings, reconcile GL accounts, track refunds, and support filings with local partners and consultants in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indirect Tax planning for EU B2B transactions.
• Knowledge of VAT and corporate tax reporting processes.
• Ability to reconcile indirect tax related GL accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze information for filing Indirect Tax returns.
• Monthly reconciliation of Indirect Tax-related general ledger accounts.
• Research and clear reconciling items; manage refund claims.
• Support B2B Indirect Tax transactions and reporting.
