Zeeco is seeking a Jr. Project Engineer at our Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI). You will lead project activities, coordinate with internal/external teams, and ensure engineering design aligns with customer specs and schedules.

The role requires engineering education, business acumen, and fluency in Italian and English, with growth opportunities in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of assigned jobs to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal and external disciplines to maintain procurement and manufacturing schedules.
• Review POs and confirm scope of supply from customer specs and quotes.
• Confirm equipment design and coordinate required disciplines.
• Coordinate drafting and ensure timely completion of drawings with revisions.
• Manage changes with customers and suppliers within budget.
• Coordinate Quality Control for job-specific specs.
• Maintain clear technical and commercial correspondence with customers and teams.
• Notify accounting for billing as required.
• Assist sales engineers and support other duties as needed.

Jr. Project Engineer

Zeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions for industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, and LNG. It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers. For our Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are now seeking a Jr. Project Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements.
• Coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, develop and maintain the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub-vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required.
• Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
• Confirm equipment selection and design and perform/coordinate required disciplines.
• Coordinate drafting activities to make sure all required drawings are completed on time. Review customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instruct drafting as to disposition.
• Ensure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers.
• Coordinate the Quality Control Department for customer/job specifications.
• Coordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job, internal communications and correspondence with the customer, end user, sales reps and outside consultants.
• Coordinate written advice and commercial resolution with the customer concerning any change to the scope of supply.
• Notify the Accounting Department when billings are to be sent.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Duties

1. Site or shop trips.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
• Engineering qualification or background with business acumen and commercial sound decision making to succeed in the role.
• Results driven and commitment to perform.
• A passion for Engineering and Business.
• Fluent in Italian and English: speaking, reading, writing.

€30,000 - €35,000 a year
