Zeeco, Inc. seeks a Finance Manager to lead the accounting department, support the MD and CFO, and provide strategic financial guidance to drive key business decisions.

The role covers statutory and tax compliance, financial reporting for European entities, and cashflow forecasting in a fast-paced, multinational setting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance leadership, experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred), strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Accounting qualification or degree.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar finance management role.
• Experience implementing financial or ERP software.
• Experience using Sage is desirable.
• Experience in Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office), with Excellent Excel skills.

It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers.

Location: Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI).

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager has responsibility for managing all aspects of the accounting department and performing a variety of activities to support the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and will provide financial advice and support to help senior managers and executives make key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of and responsibility for the Finance department and its operations
• Production and review of financial statements for European entities
• Project revenue recognition by Percentage of Completion (POC)
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance
• Financial analysis and commentary
• Review business performance with executive and senior management
• Production of annual budgets
• Manage financial audits
• Manage relationships with banks, external consultants and outsourced service providers
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting, including foreign exchange risk
• Implementation, development and maintenance of financial systems and tools

Candidate Profile
