DLK Group seeks a Change Manager to support adoption of a Contract Management Intake Hub and Risk Management Dashboard. You will prepare affected teams for new processes, support users during rollout and contribute to a sustainable handover.

This independent consultant role spans planning, training, testing and go-live across engagements, with flexible hours and capacity. Hybrid work arrangement is available, and you will engage stakeholders, deliver communications and training to drive a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business Management, Communications or related field.
• Proven change management certification (Prosci/CCMP or equivalent).
• Experience managing change for digital systems or business process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and training skills.
• Capacity to meet project commitments alongside other engagements.
• Public sector or MS 365 implementation experience is a plus.

DLK Group is seeking a Change Manager to support adoption of a Contract Management Intake Hub and Risk Management Dashboard. You will prepare affected teams for new processes, support users during rollout and contribute to a sustainable handover.

This opportunity is suited to an independent consultant who works across multiple engagements. The hours and capacity required may vary during planning, training, testing and go-live. You will need to be available for agreed stakeholder sessions and key rollout activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying stakeholder groups and assessing the impact of the new processes.
• Developing communication, training and adoption plans for both workstreams.
• Engaging business owners, contract managers, administrators and change advocates.
• Preparing user communications, guides and training materials.
• Facilitating demonstrations, training and readiness activities.
• Supporting user acceptance testing, the pilot, go-live and knowledge transfer.
• Gathering feedback and tracking adoption issues.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification, or an equivalent recognised change management certification.
• Proven experience managing change for digital systems or business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and training skills.
• The capacity to meet agreed project commitments alongside any other engagements.
• Public sector or Microsoft 365 implementation experience will be an advantage.
