TMC is seeking a project leader to work closely with internal and external partners, engineers and product leaders on a wide range of issues. You will understand requirements, design and implement key components, and guide teams to deliver value.

You will analyze budgets and schedules, monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage client communications across levels while prioritizing enhancements and ensuring milestone delivery with quality and satisfaction.

• Analyze project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules
• Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports
• Guide the functional and technical teams and maintain the solution vision and design principles
• Handle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levels
• Work with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases
• Provide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection
• Monitor and guide the development team
• Prepare all documents necessary for the follow up of projects activities (reports, invoicing, planning and management of information etc.)
• Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage modification for the projects under execution
