KRUK Italia is seeking a PMO & Change Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Department in La Spezia, Italy. You will govern the portfolio of strategic initiatives and drive adoption across the organization.

The role combines portfolio governance, change management, stakeholder engagement and capability building to support KRUK's transformation journey. 3–5 years of PMO experience and fluency in Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Consulting or similar environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and organizational change management methodologies (PMI, PROSCI, Kotter).
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Fluent Italian and English.

We are looking for a PMO & Change Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation Department. The successful candidate will support the governance and monitoring of the company's strategic initiatives portfolio, helping to ensure alignment with business priorities and successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization. This role combines portfolio management and monitoring, organizational change management and stakeholder engagement activities, contributing to the execution of KRUK's strategic transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

PMO - Portfolio Governance & Monitoring

• Support the governance and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Consolidate portfolio information and ensure visibility of initiative status, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure consistency in the application of project and portfolio management methodologies and standards.

Change Management & Transformation Support

• Support the implementation of change management activities associated with strategic initiatives.
