CAP INGELEC in Milan (Italy) is seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer to coordinate and manage our on-site HVAC and Mechanical packages for major industrial building projects, from preparatory phases through handover. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 8 years of experience on industrial sites, with leadership, diplomacy, rigour, and a service-oriented mindset.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, and frequent travel across Italy is expected.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer in Milan.

You will coordinate and manage our construction projects, for HVAC & Mechanical discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include for the HVAC & Mechanical package:

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising subcontractors,
• Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile

With a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
