AECOM in Milan is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, coordination and delivery of mechanical building services across diverse sectors, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technical excellence, sustainability and innovation in complex projects.

Fluency in Italian and English and a track record in data centres, healthcare or critical facilities are valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical building services engineering, preferably in consultancy.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing and fire protection) from concept design through construction and project completion.
• Coordinate mechanical engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring seamless integration across projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development.
