Job summary

POP MART, a leading global designer toy company, is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist for South Europe in Milan. You will support payroll operations across Italy and Spain, ensure data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, and coordinate with external providers.

Reporting to HRBP, you will assist hires, terminations and salary changes, run monthly closures, payroll reporting and audits, and contribute to process improvements. Fluent English and Italian; 3–5 years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll operations across Italy and Spain.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers (ADP) and internal stakeholders.
• Assist hires, terminations, salary updates and bonuses.
• Support monthly payroll closures, reporting and audits.
• Contribute to process improvements in payroll systems and HR tools.
