Soho House Rome is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service for our members and guests.

You will manage daily shifts, ensure compliance with protocols, and collaborate with Maintenance, Front Office and Laundry to deliver exceptional experiences. Fluent English, 3–5 years in housekeeping, and strong leadership are required.

Competenze

• Up to 3-5 years’ experience in housekeeping.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external).
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent customer service.
• Fluent in English.
• Organised and reliable.
• Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team.

Mansioni

• Assign Housekeeping Attendants sections and prepare daily work sheets.
• Support completion of annual and mid-year team performance reviews.
• Assist in the selection process for new team members when necessary.
• Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Occasionally service rooms or public areas and cover the evening shift as required.
• Check accommodation and public areas daily for cleanliness.
• Ensure the department has proper supplies, equipment and uniform.
• Coordinate efforts with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office and Laundry.
• Train, schedule, evaluate, discipline, motivate and coach employees.
• Inspect fixtures, fittings and appliances and recommend actions.
