Soho House Rome is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager with a keen eye for detail and strong guest service. You will support the Housekeeping Manager in supervising staff, coordinating tasks, training, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across all guest areas.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in housekeeping, budget oversight, and excellent communication. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to ensure smooth operations for events and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience managing a housekeeping team.
• Budgeting experience and cost control.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest relations skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and standards across all areas.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and room inspections.
• Manage budget, track expenses, and provide cost summaries.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies.
